The young Cadet in question is Cadet RSM Amanda Nyguen. The reason for all the smiles, she had no idea that she was going to win the medal in question. My history with this particular Cadet is from summer 2022 Vernon CTC. I awarded her with the Oder of St George Cadet medal. It is turning out that every time I see her I am giving her a Medal.
