Chevalier John Pickford presents a model of HMCS Kootenay to the Royal Canadian Navy. Accepting for the navy is Rear-Admiral Craig Baines, Commander Maritime Forces Atlantic. This museum quality model belonged to the Pickford family and will now reside in the navy’s Damage Control Training Facility Kootenay in Halifax.
